Up to 1 hour
Tour the overall space, with specific focus on the prioritized space(s) for professional organizing services
See contents and visualize the space
Discuss specific needs, usage, priorities, preferences of the space and those who use it
Preliminary measurements and photos/video (with Client consent for proposal purposes only)
The Client will receive for review and approval:
Client Services Agreement
High Level Design Proposal & Plan
Session & Cost Estimate
Decluttering
The 1st "organizing session" focuses on Decluttering; more than 1 session may be needed.
What to keep or discard is always our Client's decision
We provide best practices, guidance and support in your decision-making
Organizing
Retained contents are organized per the design plan
The containers we use can vary, from repurposing containers you already have, recommending new ones to solve a specific problem or achieve a specific aesthetic, or a mix
Donation, Disposal, and Document Shredding Services
As a result of Decluttering, items may need to be donated, disposed, or shredded
- We offer flexible options to our Clients regarding removal of items from the decluttering process
- Donation Items: Clients may donate items on their own, especially if a receipt is required for tax purposes
- Disposal Items: Clients may dispose of items directly, either in their household trash, or their local landfill
- Shred Items: Clients papers can be handled by a home shredder
However, when it's not conducive for the Client to manage discarded items themselves or they just prefer to outsource this task, we can manage this burden for you or recommend a 3rd party. Please inquire for more details.
Third Party Services
Some projects are more involved, such as:
replace closet system
replace wire pantry shelving
install pullout drawers or turntables
We will partner with a 3rd party provider recommended by Organized Interiors, LLC or one of our Client's choosing. Please inquire for more details.
